How far in advance should I book?
2–3 business days is ideal, but we often accommodate same-week requests. The sooner you reach out, the more date options you'll have.
When will I receive my photos?
By noon the next business day. Every time. That's our standard delivery — no rush fees, no waiting a week.
What areas do you serve?
We cover all of Metro Detroit and Southeast Michigan. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond our standard service area — just ask.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for reschedules. Cancellations within 24 hours of the shoot may incur a fee — see our Terms for details.
Do you offer bundled packages?
Yes! Photography + Drone, Photography + Video + Floor Plans — our most popular combos come at a bundled rate. Ask us about what makes sense for your listing.
Can I request a specific photographer?
Absolutely. If you've worked with one of our team members and want them back on your listing, just mention it when you book and we'll do our best to make it happen.
Do you shoot in bad weather?
For most interior shoots, yes. For drone and exterior shoots, we'll reschedule if conditions aren't safe or won't produce great results. We'll always keep you in the loop.
How do I pay?
We invoice after delivery. Net 7 terms for established clients. We accept all major cards, ACH, and check. First-time clients may be asked to pay at time of booking.
